The day after my fight I signed autographs at the GNC booth at the Arnold Classic.  I spent a few hours signing autographs and taking pictures with fans.  The fans really showed a lot of support.

The fans were great.  From there, I hopped on the Tapout Tour Bus with Punk Ass and Skrape and made several appearances on behalf of Tapout Sports Nutrition.  They went to a few GNC stores in the Pittsburgh area, as well as some Spencer's Gift Stores.  After a few days on the Tapout Tour Bus I flew back to Atlanta to meet with doctors regarding my hand. Ultimately, a few days later I went to Alabama for surgery on my broken right hand.  The surgery was a success as the doctors put in a few pins.

From there I went back home to Athens, GA and am recovering from surgery. My hand is healing quickly and it feels pretty good. I have already started working out focusing on core strength exercises, and overall strength and conditioning.

I am anxious to get back in the cage and reclaim my championship belt!
